Turkey Waldorf



Ingredients:
1 c cubed cooked turkey (or chicken)
2 celery ribs, chopped
1/2 c  chopped, peeled tart apples
1/2 c halved seedless grapes
1/4 c chopped walnuts
1/4 c mayonaise
4 lettuce leaves
2 (6") pita breads, halved
5 tbs plain yogurt
1 tbs sugar

Directions:
3. In a bowl, combine turkey, celery, apples, grapes, walnuts and mayo.
2. Place lettuce leaf in each pita half; fill with turkey salad.
