
Ingredients:
One loaf french bread, cut lenthwise.
2 c cooked, shredded chicken
1/2 c light mayo
1/2 c sour cream
2 green onions, thinly sliced (white and green)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped (or 2tbs dried)
2 c cheese
olives (I won't use these.)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Place french bread on a large cookie sheet.
3. Mix all topping ingredients in a bowl. Spread evenly on both lengths of the bread.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and the edges are slightly browned.
5. Slice into pieces and serve immediately.
