Stef's Bread Bowls



Ingredients:
2 tbs yeast
4 c warm water
1/4 sugar
2 tbs salt
1/2 c oil
8-10 c flour (I do 1/2 wheat 1/2 white flours.)

Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in water.
2. Add remaining ingredients with enough flour to make dough stiff.
3. Knead well.
4. Rise for an hour.
5. Form into balls (the size of a baseball). Let double on greased baking sheet.
6. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
